I had a client meeting right off the 55 FWY early today so afterward I thought I would check out Tustin Brewery. TINY place but very comfy with a really chill vibe. I walked up to the bar and asked if they had any more bottles of the 20th, they did so I grabbed 6 more. Turns out the guy that filled my order was the brew master, did not get his name but had a nice talk with him, really humble cool guy, he did tell me the hop bill in this killer brew which we all were trying to figure out last night, its Citra,Mosaic Amarillo and Chinook with a big dry hop of Citra and Mosaic. Told him he killed it with this recipe, he was genuinely thrilled, said he may keep it in rotation. 20 cases left in case you want to get what I think is one of the best DIPAs I have had in a really long time. Mr.Kegs is getting 2-3 more cases.

TINY?!?! No way is it TINY ... Now Other Half is TINY ... Just sayin

 

Yea, I guess its all perspective ! OG Alpine was tiny and this looked about the same footprint tank wise, thats what I was really trying to convey. The actual space with the restaurant etc is not tiny,lets say its comfy !
