You guys are doing it wrong. Park at Gelson's across the street - buy your produce there, then walk across the street to Trader Joes. You can usually find parking on the street too, or worst case, on Griffith Park Bl

The lot is the Bermuda Triangle. You will never get out

I'm sure I live closer than you but I still drive. Seems like from Atwater it would be a hike. I guess it's all perspective

I commend you for your carbon footprint efforts

Oneida is $9.99 at Whole Foods. Seems like most of the whole foods got a ton of it.

Did the new batch of Goose Island Halia ever make it out this way? Any chance it might still?

Only one Tectum, two Raspberry Sours and two Fortuna's left at Wally's after I left at like 2:30pm yesterday. Probably all gone by now.

I've seen Halia around but maybe it was from last year? Love that stuff but it's too expensive for me.

Yeah, at $30 each there are plenty of 2013 bottles sitting around, but the one I had 6 or so months back didn't have any fruit left. :slight_frown:

You must have been there about an hour after me. I was there on my lunch break about 1:20 or so.

Slow Moves - this beer is a robust, barrel-fermented super saison. The base of this beer uses German Hallertau hops, a bit of rye for spiciness, and rosemary to provide some earthiness. It was then aged in oversized French oak puncheon barrels with our house mixed culture of lactobacillus, pediococcus, and brettanomyces. This all results in an incredibly complex and aromatic beer. Notes of pepper, pine, oak, earth, and citrus are balanced against a medium body, delicate acidity, and a warming finish. 8.5% **8 bottle limit per person**

I really did not enjoy the uncontrollable saison, a bit too thin with a bitter clipped finish. I wonder with the amped up alcohol on this, will it have more substance to it.

I'd guess yes just based on the recipe and description. I vaguely remember the base beer being a little sweet.

But that Nebraska w/ brett I busted open at Firestone was straight up on point bringing that a-game.

They got my money whenever they release something. Still bummed I missed out regular ****z.

I thought Uncontrollable was pretty good, but Nebraska with brett was better. Might pick up a couple of these, but I'm always reluctant whenever breweries use rosemary

Hollingshead in Orange had it. They also had Prairie Bomb! on tap and bottles. Was so goooood.

Damn, Nebraska w/brett is the only thing I've missed. Stoked that I grabbed a regular ****z, though.
