    No, the difference now is that it is mass produced. They are killing their own allure on this one. I think mass production has changed the flavor a bit as well. It's sitting on shelves everywhere just because there is so much of it now.

    Lazy acres long beach got framboise from lost abbey in, was 6 left after I took mine. They also still have agave Maria, Diego, and red poppy from lost abbey. Also got spencer American Trappist beer and I saw RR damnation, abbey 12 oak aged, and a ground control.

    Portola Breakfast Stout from Tustin Brewing just went live ... made w/ oats & Portola Coffee ... looks very intriguing

    just the fact that they sincerely apologized to the entire community... obviously they werent down with how the whole thing went down and i think them apologizing like that when they didnt have to is a class act.

    Got it. I agree that it was nice of them to apologize. I think I read into your original post too much. You commented on their approach to the release and I thought you meant there was a post pre-release.

    I heard that 3.0 is only 25% barrel aged and with no chocolate. True? Wondering how it will affect it...

    I believe all w00t versions are only 25% barel aged and only 2.0 had chocolate.

    It taste really damn good to me. Grabbed some bottles and a growler to go. Yes it's only 25% aged but its supposed to be a rehash version of woot stout 1.0.

    Never paid attention I guess, thanks for clarifying that. I think I have a bottle of 1.0 and 2.0 somewhere in the cellar. Can't wait for the magnum to be ready for pick up :slight_smile:
