    Little bit of a line now. No line at 12:30 when I got here. Whole lot of entitled BAs here apparently pissed because the tap list is less than stellar in their opinion.

    I feel like such a loser NOT attending because of a BA thread, but long lines and black IPAs are two of my least favorite things. Meh, maybe. How long is the line right now? Still no "big" stouts or porters?

    Lines pretty small comparatively now.

    I can also confirm that CBS and KBS will be available, just a matter of time. No specific times known.

    IPAs are not near my favorite style, but it was still a good time. Blackwoods Blastard was my favorite of the day.

    as a fan of Black IPAs, i think the tap list looks fantastic... and of course, the first year I don't go to Black Party, they load up on them. :slight_frown:

    It is surprising that they wouldnt tap the best beers first for the people who got there early in the morning versus waiting until later than night when the originals leave and people just going out for a Saturday night brew stumble in.

    I like how analyzing the tap offerings from previous years to this one makes us entitled poor BAs in your mind...the truth is that most BAs would agree with us that this years taplist is not even in the same stratosphere as previous years. I'm glad those that like hoppy black ipas and low abv stouts enjoy the list this year, but Founders has set up an expectation from previous years that greatly changed this year. For example, KBS was an afterthought last year, this year, people yelled for it. Glad some are still having an amazing time.

    crap had a feeling...the waitress told us that KBS will be released at 3 and by the time we left (after 4) there was nothing yet..must have just missed it then! lots of nice selections left though
