I can throw a pigskin a quarter mile.

 

What is about 20 yards to the right of PR? My 5 iron isn't that accurate.
I'll have the distance, but accuracy is not always the best.

Man the Pulpit Rock beers were incredible. Loopy Lynn was a top ipa of all time for me. I'm still thinking about how sweet and delicious pudgy was too.

 

Anyone going to the Rechoncho release this weekend? Anyone who went to the Pudgy release: was there much of a bottle share?

@BB952 - If all else fails, I'll have a few things with me that will be opened!

 

I'm going and bringing some bottles to share. There were a decent amount of bottles opened for Pudgy. Looks like we'll be on the opposite weather extreme; Pudgy was in the teens with snowstorms the day before, sounds like we'll be sunny and in the 90's .

 

So Bruery weekday beers to beat the heat? lol.

 

Any tips on how early to arrive for a Pulpit Rock special release? Likely to sellout quickly? Any tips appreciated.

 

I'd bet that if you arrive at 10:30 you'd still be able to get two bottles but if you arrived at 1PM you wouldn't.

 

Nobody knows. The only other release was in the winter and I'd guess about 250 people showed up for 1pp. The best time to get there was an hour and 15 minutes after opening. Naughty Temple at TG was the same way. About 1.5-2 hours after opening was the best time. im planning on checking the line an hour before and either getting in line or killing some time waiting for the bar to open, getting pours, and then getting in line (likely a bit slow) after it shrinks a bit.

-1000 Rechoncho Bottles; $13 each, 2 per person
-1000 Loopy Lynn crowlers; $12 each, 4 per person
-600 Tanzanian Peaberry Pour-Over Porter crowlers; $10 each, 1 per person
-Special glassware (same as Pudgy release); $6 each (or 4/$20), no limits

 

Not that I'm a trader, but I think the rub is that Pudgy went on to have some muscle in the trading/resale market. So crowd could be bigger for tomorrow's release.

 

I'll bring something to share with a fellow Chelsea fan!

 

Any updates from the line? I'm leaving Rochester now.
