The brewing industry is entering a new entrepreneurial phase, where satellite businesses give consumers the power to move from a one-size-fits-all drinking experience to one that’s highly tailored to the individual.

    Two words: Come on!

"something new to play with that looked like MiO" and "it makes ordering at restaurants easier, since she can spend less on an American adjunct lager, use a few drops of Mad Hops and feel like she’s having something more flavorful."

    That's just terrible.

    And:

"I think it actually creates a larger base for the next generation of craft beer drinkers, because when college kids graduate and maybe can’t afford a $15 six-pack,... "

Are college graduates these days really deciding to forgo good bier they like and instead would rather add flavoring to cheap bier? And how about an 8, 9 or 10 dollar six pack of quality local brew?

Fancy growlers are cool and all (except the price and that they are made in China), but some of these gimmick gadgets are too much. Next thing AB will be helping get these things to market, if they aren't already.

Are there folks out there that really prefer flavorless bier so they can customize it with squirty flavorings or maybe non-carbonated bier so they can carbonate it at home?!

How does age or temperature cause a beer to become lightstruck and lose "body" in a can of beer?

We transcribe (and confirm) the quotes, but can't guarantee that everyone we interview makes sense...
