    From what I've heard, for the time being, it's only going to Bier Cellar in Portland.

    RSVP in Portland also carries it. I had it about a month ago out at dinner on draft and it was amazing! Then I had a MO after and it was the first time ever that MO tasted "blah"...I couldn't drink it fast enough so I could order another Bissell Bros. Also had it from the can but it didn't pop with flavor like it did on draft. Still a big fan of BBB though, looking forward to their next new release.

    I think the farthest south you are going to find it is at Tully's in Wells

    12 bucks a four pack for an IPA not named Heady is a spectacular price point?? I must be getting cheap in my old age.

    $12 for a 4 pack of tall boys of a good IPA is standard these days. Heady and other top DIPA's run 4-5 dollars more.

    Very solid and tasty beer. I do hope distro makes it to Kittery by summer. I will happliy give Bissell Bros. my business.

    Finally found it at RSVP. I though it was a solid moderately hopped IPA. Great aroma and bitterness is light and fruitiness comes through. You can definitely knock back a 4 pack no problem. I will be buying this whenever I am in Maine. Its very Peeper like. Plus cans put it over the top for me! With this and canned Be Hoppy I have not had a Heady craving

    Just nabbed some at Tullys this week. I thought it was phenomenal. Really interesting hop mix(Falconers flight, Apollo, summit, and centennial) with a lighter malt body. The aroma reminds me of heady ALOT. Very juicy citrus/resiny pine. Really pumped it's heading farther south now.

    Since the Cannery closed.

    We saw it for $16 a 4 pack in a couple places this past weekend.

    Price point is never an issue if the beer delivers. Although I have seen Heady for $35 a 4 pack. The Substance delivers plus its priced right. In fact so right, that it forced Marshall Wharf to reduce prices. Hopefully Bissell Bros keep rolling and drive distro south

    Loved substance very juicy and delicious however this one seems to taste better colder than I normally drink IPAs any one else note this?

    Not since the cannery closed. It was universally $12.99/4pk or $75/case in Feb, after the cannery closed. Your pricing indicates it's gone up.

    Prices have not gone up since Feb. I was up there the week before Christmas and saw 4 packs ranging from 12.99 to 15.99.

    It looks like they have a tasting room, which is cool, but where the hell is their brewery? I can't find an address anywhere on the website.

    Does anybody know if you're supposed to keep the Substance cold like they say you should for Heady? Also, does anyone have any idea how long it lasts in the stores? I understand they'll be delivering this Wednesday (?) - I'm headed up to Maine on Friday and don't want to get shut out (again!). Thanks!

    I was up in Portland 2 weeks ago when it got delivered on a Wed at Bier Cellar. They ran out of 30 cases before closing. I missed out. Went by RSVP by chance on Thurs morning they had about 5 to 6 cases on floor. No limits I think at least no sign. I got three 4 packs. A guy behind me in line saw me with it and went back to grab some too. I would not expect it to last 2 full days.

    I thought Bier Cellar has a 48hr hold. Try calling they are really cool there.
