    I would keep it cold. Higher temps (yes, even room temp) speed up oxidation reactions, which stale the beer (papery flavors, less hop aroma). Depending on how the can is filled and sealed, you could be looking at an IPA that will start degrading in two weeks, or a beer that will still taste good at three months.

    Looks like a Saturday delivery if all goes smoothly. We stash as much as we can fit in our fridge, usually 10-12 cases. We do allow 48 hour holds, but only for our email list members. Email list is free to join, can sign up on our website: www.biercellar.com.
