I stopped in last Sunday after the Colts game. Big, airy space. lots of taps, what looks to be a decent bottle selection. As they just opened the day before, there were clearly some opening jitters - the staff was confused about a lot of the beers, I overheard a handful of descriptions and most of them were way off (to style, at least), while I saw some staff walking around with food, we never saw a food menu (which we really didn't care about, we were just there for beers). I think once it hits it's stride, it'll be a great spot.
I stopped by The Tap Friday afternoon, It was great. The place is huge with seating in several places along with a second smaller bar with a good number of taps. They serve their own beers which are brewed in Bloomington and have a very nice craft beer selection. I had the Tap's IPA and DIPA, both were well made and delicious however the DIPA (Atomic Polecat) was really good. I would have had a second but it was 10% alcohol and I was driving. They plan to brew in this new site and have a good number of serving tanks ready to be filled. Their craft beer selection is also very nice, they had DFH 120 min on draft and a good selection of midwest beers. Best of all, most of the beers were around $5 (the 120 min was $9.50) and I don't think you will find any beers downtown for that price. I hope they keep their prices low. They also have a pretty good looking menu with decent prices. The only negative was paying $5 to park in the parking deck for less than two hours. I think this place will be pretty poplar once word gets out, I'm definitely going back!
