    Hello,

Has anyone been since it opened? I would say during game day this place would be jammed.

How was the beer? and food?

    Thanks

The beer list online should give you a good indication of what they have on tap since they only have 5 rotating taps. When I was there the rotating taps were pretty good. Nugget Nectar and ST Jahva were two of them.

Im sure it'll be packed but if its decent out head to the patio out back where there is probably less of a wait for a table. There is a smaller bar back there too. I liked my one experience there but I still think Lower Depths is the best option in Kenmore.

It's exactly like the one in Dedham. Went for a weekend day game a couple of weeks ago and had a good time. Less crowded than say Beer Works.

Decent food, decent beer selection. I'm not too sure about their claim for the largest tap count in the Country. My wife likes their vegetarian menu, so we hit it up when we are in Dedham.

Last time I was in, they had Harpoon's Crimson Warlock as part of the rotating list. Pretty good beer, and the kind of limited draft only release I hope they get more of to complement the rest of the drafts which are all easy to find on shelves.

I went before a Sox game and it was pretty damn mobbed but I was able stand fairly close to the bar; the beer list was pretty good overall and the prices were pretty good too.

What do they claim? The Sunset has 112 but I didn't get a good look at the number by fenway.

I went there the other day for a meeting, ended up staying for some beers and really enjoyed it. Had some Wormtown Tennessee Tats and Be Hoppy, some tasty nachos and chicken sliders and watched the Red Sox game. It's a pretty bustling place but it never got too loud and overall the atmosphere was enjoyable. They offered all different pour size options and had some interesting beers mixed into the massive draft list. I'll definitely be back

Ask what is on the chalk board.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. While there was nothing earth shattering there that I can't find in the liquor store, prices weren't outrageous and there's plenty of room to hang out. There's also a back patio with heaters above each table, plus a smaller bar. I had a Waschusett Larry, Honker's Ale, Czechvar, and Spaten Lager. Good mix of imports, locals, and craft from the rest of the US.

Negatives: There's no price, ABV, or pour size listed on the menu. I hope they remedy this soon, as this is something every beer bar in Boston has. That being said, I believe my Wachusett Larry was $6.75 for a pint. Not bad at all for a double IPA.

The whole pour size, ABV, price thing was supposed to be fixed according to the comments section of a Boston Globe article.

I kinda took that to mean "we'll get to it eventually" as opposed to "it's almost done." Kinda like how Meadhall's website has been "coming soon" for a year.

And how Publick House has promised an on-line draft list for years as well?

I have my issues with Deep Ellum but they at least have the most informative, current tap list on -line of all the beer palaces around Boston.

That said...YH gives me what I expect of it WRT beer lists. I know it's not an esoteric beer joint where I get my tick on.

As of Cinco de Mayo they did not. Which was almost three weeks ago, so it's definitely possible they've updated their menus.

Redbones has an up-to-date online tap list, one of the best in Boston (well, Boston area) in my opinion.

Menus haven't been updated as of 2 days ago. I doubt it will happen soon as they would probably need some corporate suit to give them an OK.

Just go and try it. Chances are you won't be disappointed if you go in knowing what to expect. I went on Patriots day and the tap list was solid, prices were decent for the area and the burger was very good.

I would say the tap list was in between Sunset and Meadhall in terms of so-called "interesting" beers that you can't find at the store. And from my one experience, prices were better than both. But, I've been to both Sunset and Meadhall multiple times, so I have a better feel for their pricing.
