It's part of their culture and tradition. I'd say the kid in the video is a way too young though. I heard that beer sucks too.
I seriously doubt that that can contained beer. It would have been easy for the father(?) to refill the can with fruit juice.
He would not need to. Jupiler force is a form of soda/lemonade that looks like beer but contains no alcohol, but does taste fruity. So just like Jupiler - no beer.
