Aun Mas Jesus au Cafe is just like a coffee milkshake. Well...a $10 coffee milkshake (cue John Travolta: "God damn, that's a pretty fu**ing good milkshake.")

 

Southern Tier Choklat, Evil Twin Even More Jesus, and Westbrook Orange Bliss. All are amazing!

Marshal Z, Ten FIDY, Founders Imperial, & BA Hi-Fi Rye (in its prime) are the ones I remember most.

More recently, Evil Twin's Even More Jesus, HF Birth of Tragedy, Double Barrel Hunahpu, & Alpine Great have blown me away with amazingly thick & coating bodies.

 

I can believe it. The Sam Adams dopple was like bread in a blender

 

Black Tuesday is NOT a thick beer at all.

 

Seemed pretty damn thick to me, each to their own I suppose.

 

I recall HOTD Adam drinking pretty thick...

 

Even More Jesus

The Origin, BCBS, Bois, Dark Lord, Bible Belt, Bozo Beer, Bomb!, Perennial base imperial stout all come to mind

 

Ten Fidy has a used motor oil thing going on

 

Spaten Optimator has always felt really "thick" to me. Classic that is still great to return to.

 

I definitely think Even More Jesus has a bit of an almost syrupy quality to it.

 

Speedway Stout is definitely in milkshake territory.
