things to improve after my first homebrew...

    I'm bottling my second batch this weekend, and looking back at my minimal experience I would say:

    -make sure fermentation is done before bottling
    -keep an eye on fermentation temp (this is a tricky one for me)
    -sanitize everything!
    -taking notes on my first batch really helped some things in my second
