Things you wish were on beer labels

    So apart from cool artwork, what are some things/infomation that you wish were included on beer labels?

    I wish every label told me:
    1) Style (or at least, approximately what style)
    2) ABV
    3) Bottling date
    4) Hop profile

    Other than that I don't care too much.

    All I want is a bottling date.
    Other than that I don't care if it says brewery/beer in plain white lettering.

    A local brewery has a spot on all of its beers called the beer nerd stats. color type of hops abv few other things its Full Pint Brewery. I really enjoy that

    Same as above I want to know it all: Malt bill, Hop varieties, Yeast strain, OG, FG, BOTTLE DATE, BOTTLE DATE, and if they could put the BOTTLE DATE that would be great.

    I agree, and it would be nice if it was on the label and not the bottle and clear about how old it is. It would be easier if there were one uniform way to date julian or actual date.

    Yes, clear spot on the label that says, "Bottled on: (Mon, Day, Year)". Not somewhere on the neck that will get rubbed off, not black ink on a brown bottle, not notches on the label...
