DFH Festina Peche. Slightly more peachiness, and carbonation. first bottle i had seemed oddly flat and tasteless, so i swirled it around a bit and it changed entirely. Crisp and bubbly with a very slight peach flavor. If it was just bubbly without shaking it up (although it holds the carbonation after doing so... Weird) and a bit more peach, it would be beautiful. That said, it still creeps into my mind at a bizarrely high rate. So flawed, but still amazing? I needs more.

Straffe Hendrik Tripel would be even more phenomenal if it had a slightly higher level of carbonation. Still a great brew, though

You should try the collab between Evil Twin and DeCicco's for Imperial Biscotti Break. They added hazelnut and chili peppers. Perfect amount of heat and it's pretty thick.

I tried a World Wide Stout from '03 a few weeks back and it was divine. That thing ages like a mofo.

Good to know. I had a 2010 on tap last year and it was incredible. Maybe I'll age my bottle longer than 2 or 3 years.

It seems to have unlimited aging ability, honestly.
