Looks like I'm the lucky recipient of Greg's boxes, and, da-amn! Yeah, a two-syllable damn! Necessito, trust me!

To start with, the large, oddly thin box? Yeah, it's a framed collage of beer labels! This gonna look good on my wall, peoplez!

In addition, some swag: a Texas A&M T-shirt (didn't they just win or something recently...? ), a (512) anniversary glass (3rd, if I'm reading the words correctly), and enough beads to make me think I had one too many shots down in Nawlins...

Whoop! Im just glad it made it safely, I might have cried if not, haha. The Lava Lake wit might be my new favorite CANned offering, it has chamomile in it, yum.

I have indeed been lax with my communication this past week. Sorry, folks. As for an update: A target has been selected, and the box is coming together nicely. I've got a few things I need to hit the Big City for, though...

 

Sorry for the slow movement, folks, things've been nice and weirdly busy out here. I've just acquired a nice little brewery-only BA goodie, and I'm making a Chi-Town run in the next couple days to snag at least one other. Oh yeah, my target should be pretty happy...

Still, to make the wait shorter, I think I'm gonna split things up, make the large box into a couple smaller ones. I aim to have the first one out by the end of the week.

 

Got a totally unexpected box #2 from Kevsal this afternoon. Really shocked me since it came via USPS. His band's second cd was in the box as well as the following brews:

i pertty much shot my load on the fisrt box but still wanted to send ya a few favorite seasonals of mine

 

Any updates/hints for the next target?

 

I do not want to come across as being ungrateful, in case I'm next in line to receive, but maybe we should put a 7-10 day window for shipping on each remaining person. Just a suggestion. I've wanted to clobber someone almost exclusively from my cellar, but I am running out of ammo due to either consumption or deals with regular trade partners. When its my turn I want to make sure I'm sending a great box and not just off the shelf shit I run out and grab some afternoon. Thoughts?

 

So when is round two?
