    Got a 4 pack in Holland this morning, second-to last 4 out of their 2 cases. 21.50 OTD. Still waiting on the call from the other Holland shop, where I'm #5 on a list that's over 4 pages long now! Another place in Holland is charging $10/ bottle with 4 bottle limit--- fuggetaboutit.
