Thoughts on aging Prairie Christmas Bomb?

    Hey. I just bought my first Prairie Christmas Bomb yesterday. I usually like to age my higher ABV stouts a bit before opening them. Any thoughts on aging this one? I wasn't sure with the "spices" added. The ABV is 11.1%. Thanks.

    The spices won't last a year, much like any Belgian Xmas beer. I wouldn't age it much, if at all.
