Have you brewed with Zythos before? Its a hop blend that's almost intended to be used in a "single hop" style beer. I don't really care for it that much and have been trying to kill a half pound of it for a while. I brewed it as a single hop and found it more just a bittering kind of hop than a taste and aroma hop. I've mixed it in with other hops I was trying to get rid of for a couple of other IPAs, but again it just gave more straight bitterness than anything else. So to use 2 oz at 5 minutes may interfere with the amazingness of the heavy Galaxy and complimentary Citra and Amarillo IMO. I'd personally leave it out of the recipe or maybe use it as the bittering hop instead. That's just my 2 cents though. Others may have a different opinion of Zythos though.

It is what it is...the Galaxy may be able to dominate the Zythos and still give you a great beer! You may end up loving it and making your favorite beer of all time, but for now you can just keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best. Report back to let us know your thoughts when its finished.
