    Was Shaun Hill really getting a case of Skadoosh in Stowe? What, has he no limits?

    Standing in line in front of me for pours and walked with a case of Skadoosh.

    Yes.. although maybe slightly different. Green to me is grassy/chlorophyll... raw is just rough hop pellets in the mouth. I think some of the beers I drank would have been so much more enjoyable with a week of cold conditioning. I make lots and lots of hoppy beers and I prefer when they have time to settle out and come together. I think aroma gets more defined and you can actually pick out the intricacies of each Hop. Different elements of the flavor/aroma profile start to pop and a slight bit of malt will shine through.
