Thread Problems

    I use a fairly old iPad for most of my interactions here. For whatever reason, although I strongly suspect it's correlated to the number of images included in comments, my Saturn browser crashes any time a What Are You Drinking Now page is at least half filled up. I feel bad because when I get a lot of likes I can't respond in kind and don't want to appear like an ingrate or worse. Those are the only threads that regularly have this problem.

    I guess the easy way out is to use my much newer phone but wanted to know if this is a problem for anyone else.

    I haven't experienced this but given the number of pictures, many hi-rez, I expect some pages in the WBAYDN, NBS, and Beer Haul threads are consuming your available memory. I have to resist temptation to access these threads when I'm mobile, so I don't eat up my data plan. You'll need to either replace your iPad, use another device with more memory, or stop accessing those threads.
