Three Floyds Brew Pub Sales Question

    Not sure where to post this but does anyone know what will be for sale at Three Floyds tomorrow? Are they back up and running?

    It isn't so much that the sales stopped as that they didn't have very many products available while they installed their new equipment. The Tap/Carryout list is updated regularly and shows everything that is currently available for purchase (under "Beer To Go"): http://www.3floyds.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/current-beer-menu.htm

    I believe they've had Dreadnaught, Arctic Panzer Wolf, and Gorch Fock bombers throughout the renovation, and they added six-packs of Robert the Bruce back into the mix in the last few days. Still, it's a pretty slim list for the time being...

    man i still haven't tried arctic panzer wolf, i love everything i had from them so far. apocalypse cow is fucking awesome

    Mannn! I was hoping at the least they would have Alpha King... Not the greatest time to plan a trip to Chicago from here.

    Swing into Chicago and get some half acre. Not distributed here in Ohio, and you can't go wrong with a Daisy Cutter. Drink that over Alpha King any day imo.

    Or Revolution (I know they're in Ohio but it's not their entire line-up, as far as I know) or Piece or Goose Island or Haymarket... or to any of the beer bars that often have something from Three Floyds on tap (including Zombie Dust) such as Hopleaf, Clark Street Ale House, Farmhouse, Piece (they even had Sucuba the other day and always seem to have something from HA or FFF), SmallBar (either one), Jerry's (either one), Hopleaf, Northdown, Green Lady, Fountainhead, Bangers & Lace, Local Option, Skylark, Acre... and others that I'm probably leaving out. And while you're in Chicago, look for Solemn Oath, Off Color, Metropolitan and Two Brothers.

    Wow, no more case discounts on 12oz OR 22oz bottles. This will definitely affect my purchasing habits.

    Seriously, dude? 3 Floyds has been failing to supply us locals while brewing at full capacity for a long ass time, hence the upgrades.

    Next time, just let Nick know you're coming. He could've set some stuff aside so it wouldn't get sold to the locals and your trip wouldn't be ruined. What's another disappointed hoosier, RIGHT??

    Hey- $40 for a case out the door is fine with me. That's around $9 a 6-er with tax up by me. Beats paying $14.99 at Capone's and other gougers in the city. Thanks.

    LOL Actually, today I was just saying that I didn't know if they cared for their locals like they ought to. The world isn't ideal, but I do think they could have planned a little better to have to go beers, but hey they are the ones thriving so whatever. I didn't say I was disappointed in their planning because it's ruining my trip in any way. Take a chill pill buddy :wink:
