I was told by a liquor store owner that Three Floyds sold the brewery to a distributor. Seriously. Not that I care, I have come to strongly dislike Three Floyds because of their obnoxious attitude during their events and at their restaurant, and I don't buy their beer. Which leaves more for the rest of you, yes, but less Half Acre and Pipeworks.

Ed Debevic's rudeness is a staged thing, Three Floyds means it.

I have come to strongly like Three Floyds because of my experiences at their events and at their "restaurant".

Perhaps experiences are what you make of them if you leave your biases at the door.

Considering that would be highly illegal, i'm going to go out on a limb here and say you misheard him or her.

I hear they were acquired by Miller Coors. Nick Floyd then peed in a bottle of dark lord, which he sold to Kevin for $40 at the brewery. Super.rar.

I heard they sold the rights to one of their Floyds and will now be known as Two Floyds.

I find this move from Glunz especially interesting with Lincoln moving from FFF to Glunz less than a year ago. Also, that huge FFF branded delivery truck.

Is there any benefit to leaving one distributor for another? It would make sense to move distributors if you were looking for a larger footprint, but FFF can't sustain their current footprint.

Lincoln didn't stay at Glunz for very long.
