Recently a fellow coworker I know decided to go to Indiana for vacation (family I think). I gave her forty bucks, and a list of Three Floyd's beer that I haven't had (the list is large). Any clue what I should get back? Or is it the same Three Floyd's stuff we get in Ohio? FYI: I have no clue where in Indiana shes going.
If you know where she's going that would help. The seasonals that you can probably find are Brian Boru and Rabbid Rabbit. Otherwise it's the usual year round six packs.
is zombie dust on shelves in Indiana? i haven't seen it yet, but I usually only go to Kahn's North Willow.....
Zombie Dust and Gumball Head were on the list. Its probably easier to just say what I have had from them: Brian Boru and Behemoth. So theres a lot more out there I need to try. Checked with a lot of Ohio beverage store and all the owners say the same thing. "We just take what they (beer distributors) give us". I am hopfull to see more Three Floyds in the future.
depends on where your coworker is headed, but you can pick up gumball, alpha king, robert, rabbid rabbit, dreadnaught, arctic panzer, behemoth, and brian boru off the shelves around where i am south of Indy... still waiting for the wonderful day ZD hits shelves.
Unless it's changed recently, Zombie Dust is only available by bottles at the brewpub. If she's not stopping there, you'll be out of luck on ZD.
Zombie dust is sold at certain stores outside of FFF's brewpub but good like finding it. If the store is even lucky enough to get the limited amount FFF releases for resale chances are it sells out nearly instantly. To be honest if she isn't going to the brewpub in Munster, IN then you'll probably only find the usuals like Gumballhead, Alpha King, Robert the Bruce, Pride and Joy, and maybe APW. Then depending on the time of year you can get their monthly releases, which now the only stock left is probably January through March (Behemoth, Brian Boru, Rabbit Rabbit) I hope you get lucky and get something else like the Baller Stout or a Mutiny and the Mollusk.
I think Ohio only gets beers in the 22 oz format, so any of the 12 oz beers that she sees would include the Pale Ale, Alpha Klaus, Robert the Bruce, and maybe Gumballhead.
