I also endorse the purchasing cap at FFF brewpub. Too many horders and re-sellers showing up at the brewpub is my hunch. I watched a couple dudes load up 6-cases of Zombie Dust prior to the limit. Dont get me wrong, I'm all for consuming mass qty's of beer, but does an individual really need to buy more than a case at a time for personal consumption.

As a Chicago area resident, why don't you folks in other parts of the country get your own kick ass breweries going, and there would be plenty of FFFs in stock around Chicagoland.

You could have seen me doing this. I had 5 friends who each wanted a case each hence the 6 cases.

I never have a problem finding FFF's arround me. I feel I have been blessed to find a sixer of Gumbleball once a month. Plus local bars around me have FFF on tap regularly.

Nope, we get the same odd handful of bottles every few months like we always have.

They don't send any of their sixers here though, like everyone was hoping for when they heard 3F was finally coming back to Ohio. They only send us a few of their overpriced bombers...

This can't have too much to do with it. The places around here only seem to get one or two cases at a time and someone I spoke with said they can only get it in about every three months. I never hear about it in time to get any and end up just seeing an empty case taunting me. Probably easier to just make the drive to the brewery.

I have had zero problems buying Moloko, Calumet Queen, Arctic Panzerwolf, and other randoms like Risgoop, Rye'd Da Tiger, and a few other bombers. Dreadnaught on the otherhand has been out of stock in Indy for at least six weeks. The sixers always come in waves. There will be a couple cases each week, then a week without anything, followed by a larger week. It's what they get for brewing world class beers! Pride and Joy ftw!

That limit is low IIRC. It is either 20k or 30k bbls/year. Not very big brewery and high demend means it can get hard to find.

They need to stop expanding distribution and expand the brewery. The cart before the horse thing!

Like mentioned earlier, isn't there a couple Indiana laws on the books that somewhat prevent that right now? *shrug*

Not like it matters anyway, burnt down, etc..etc...

If the place ever did actually burn down, the amount of posts on BA would go down by approximately 38%.

False. The BA stuff is for trading. I don't even think anyone ever consumes anything.

i'm sorry to say this but they need to move out of that area there really is not more room for them to expand. I'm not saying they have to leave munster just maybe move down the street
