Three Floyds Teku

My understanding is that 3F is no longer shipping these. They are pretty thin glasses, not in a low quality way, but rather in an art piece / craft kinda way and I think they were getting a fair amount of breakage . . . thank our friends in the shipping companies as they love to try to put our boxes through the uprights hahaha. So these are getting a little hard to come by and as unfortunate as turning to the evil empire as it will be, best bet may be eBay. Best of luck!

 

Amazing the brewery cannot ship a glass w/o breakage but the common BA can.......

 

Would you rather 3F just jack up the price to all to account for the breakage? They're a business after all and if they don't make at lease some money, bye bye to glasses and or for the sense of being dramatic to the extreme bye bye to a sustainable business plan. In other words bye bye to beer production. I know this is almost to the point of comical of an overstatement, but you get my point.

Just curious...where'd you get the Pretty Things glass??

 

My guess is they don't think it's worth having one of their employees busy boxing and wrapping glasses to ship if they're selling well at the pub.

 

I only have one FFF Teku but might be willing to trade for the pretty things glass... Anyone have a pic of it? i think I saw it one time but don't recall what it looks like.

I've seen different 3F Teku glasses too. Hand blown glass, may be too nice to actually use.

 

I won 2 from ebay the other day. I'll post pics and opinions when they come (although i'm nervous now since people are saying they are delicate and don't ship well)
