I am pretty sure it had always been a 6 case limit by the time Zombie Dust first released.

 

So will they be stocked with Dust and the rest next week?

 

Thought it started at no limit. Then 6. Then 2.

 

Probably not.

I was told about 2 weeks.

 

So, about the time it takes to brew an ale

Yeah, but 6 cases per person. It only takes 7 people to get to 40+ cases. That's, what, one huge SUV for all those people plus the beer?

EDIT: Yes, know that 40+ is hyperbole. You'd still see people just loading up trucks and lots of resellers.

 

Cases are now going to be $40, according to their Tap List page.

 

That blows have a few days off next week and I was going to head down.

So no case discount anymore, but would still be hard to buy less than a case at a time of zd anyways.

 

It's great to see the brewery expanding and doing what it needs to do in terms of trying to produce more product, but unless they seriously fuck up on something down the road, I think it's going to be one of those perpetual games of cat and mouse.

 

10 bucks for a sixer of FFFs is fine with me

 

Who gives a crap about bottle dating when you can barely get your labels to stick on and your beer sells out in an hour? Ifyou can find zombie dust on any shelf in chicago for more than a week, please let me know where, because I am fresh out.

 

obviously zombie dust moves so quick that it doesn't matter, but dreadnaught/arctic panzer wolf. there's a number of shops i know where it languishes because it's more costly than the six packs and the shop doesn't have the beer nerd factor that a high turnover shop like binny's or beer temple does.

 

Very very true...sounds like the world needs more nerds.

 

Looks like Alpha King, Robert the Bruce and Gumballhead are in stock as of today.

Who knows when Zombie Dust will show up again.

$40 for a case is still reasonable. Granted the $5 case discount was pretty awesome. I'm sure most people wont have a problem with it. I know I won't.
