Now I don't know what this beer tasted like fresh, so I don't have anything to base this on except my previous sour beer experience. But this smells like a sour and tastes like sour dark cherries, almost like a La Folie but not nearly as sour with more malt flavors. Anyone know if this is how it should taste or is it infected? Either way the sour flavors are great and it tastes good.
