Three Hour Tour still pouring?

We bought the last growler per Bar tender on Sat night. Was between 630 and 700pm. Did they sell a second wave on sunday?

 

They filled 60 more for today.

 

They sold out of what they filled for Saturday but also filled more today. I believe this is the last of it, once it's sold out today it's done for the year but i could be mistaken. I just killed a growler and it was tough. It's a little too rich for me.

 

Ive only had a 1 oz pour sample at bar since was wiped from D-Day (saving the growler for FOBAB), but i thought it tasted sublime. Like a mound bar. Pure coconut deliciousness...and i dont even like coconuts! Wish I had a bottle instead of a "drink me asap cause im a growler"

 

You finished a growler by yourself?! Damn man, kudos to you!

 

There were five of us with those abr glasses. Two of them had seconds and the other two only had a glass and i had the rest....lol

 

I wouldn't worry too much about holding onto that TH growler for awhile. I always have a stockpile after anniversary week and have found no issues with their fills staying fresh. I think the longest I've held onto one was 9 weeks and it was still sealed perfectly.

 

Are the growlers fine if I leave them out of the fridge for a few days? They don't fit mine and I could keep it in my basement cellar.

 

Few days? For sure.

 

Haha well done! I love me some 3 hr tour, but I can't imagine trying to drink more than 12 ounces of that stuff.

 

Had some today on tap.Its very good, although not quite worth being in the top 100 here. Also wasn't as sweet and syrupy as I expected. I might of been able to kill a growler.

Don't you ever do a kill the growler night by yourself? It's good times.

 

Well I've done that with hoppy beers, but not something as rich and sweet as 3 hr tour. That thing is like a meal!

 

I know it's a stretch, but does anybody have an extra growler of this great beer, was looking to have one available when my buddy and his wife get back from Russia with there adopted son!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
