I'd had 0 beers from Threes before they started shipping due to COVID. Same for Finback. I've really enjoyed what I've had so far (Vliet & Logical Conclusion), so I'll miss having easy (if more expensive) access to their beers. Once things go back to 'normal' I don't know when I'll have the chance again.

same, psyched on my recent order from them. I haven't had much Threes in years mostly due to access and overabundance of beers out there. Realized I've never had logical conclusion somehow and got that with the pilsners. almost got the Strata IPA, but need an easy drinking IPA right now and sounded like one.

Missed OH's All Strata Everything, but my fomo is gone now Dare To Know is amazing. Grab this IPA folks, this is 6.5% bursting with flavor.

    Glad you're enjoying our beer.

If we may ask... why don't you think you'll have access when things go back?

The First Rule of SudsDoctor Club is you do not inconvenience yourself for beer

The Second Rule of SudsDoctor Club is you do not inconvenience yourself for beer

There are more rules that talk about no shirts or shoes, having to chug beers if this is your first time, etc, but I won’t go into those.

Basically @SudsDoctor hates going out of his way for beer and I think we’re all assuming that when COVID eventually passes, you and the other NY breweries currently shipping direct, will revert back to normal course of business (I live close to you so not a problem as far as Threes goes. But I’m assuming I won’t get Suarez delivered for example)

I don't live or work (Suffolk County & Rock Center respectively) close enough to the brewery to conveniently visit. Unless you self distribute cans to shops within walking or short subway ride distance from my office and Penn Station, I don't see how I can easily get your stuff. BTW, I don't trade and rarely go to bars.

    P.S. What @RauchbierFan33 said.

You'll just have to get Suarez from Threes' fridge.

My brother lives in St. Lawrence county, where the best he can do is Southern Tier's mix IPA pack. Having Finback, Threes, & HVB directly shipping to him is a game changer, when the world goes back to normal the beer will dry up.

I have seen Threes Cans in Key Foods and C-Towns in south Brooklyn, they have to be in mid-town grocers.

I'm all the way down in SNJ, but considering they distribute Vilet down here from time to time at least (to be fair, I tend to have it at bars where I really enjoy it with a meal rather than a 8.5 percent DIPA), if you're a fan I cannot imagine there are no places in the Penn station area that carry it. Unless maybe it's contract brewed to give us NJ plebs a taste without the tolls/train? But definitely assume @ThreesBrewing would be able to inform you. I mean having a store or two for commuters to pick up your stuff seems reasonable.

Received my shipment today in Queens. Although I wished they could deliver next time, I received following day. Only thing I'll add is that the box seemed good condition, but almost every can was dented in many areas. No leaks but I imagine there being similar issues especially if sent far in NY state. Chilling in the fridge while I wait to crack open a Vliet.

    Thanks for the clarification, understood.

@RauchbierFan33 we distribute beer all over NYC, including spots near Penn.

@SudsDoctor who said we're going to stop shipping and delivery? We can't speak for other breweries but this service isn't going anywhere.

Hmmm... we hadn't heard that from anyone else. We've been testing some different packaging but the cans should not have dented. Please feel free to email us (info at threesbrewing dot com) and we'll see if we can figure out what happened. Thanks.

This batch of Dare to Know is incredible! Thanks to @hops_for_thought for letting me know it was available again. There's a ton of grapefruit and melon flavor. It seems like everybody is dropping a Strata beer and this is definitely among the best, while only 6.5%. Crossing my fingers this is the newest addition to the "nearly always available" Threes beer like Logical Conclusion and Vliet.

Also delivery was super easy. I ordered Thursday night for Friday delivery and bam, beer.
