Threes Brewing in Brooklyn?

Superf*ckingyes! SFY is back!

 

Gonna make a stop here for lunch after grabbing OH cans..excited to finally check this place out

 

heading in tomorrow for the day. is SFY something that will be gone crazy fast or will I get it tomorrow?

 

We have a significant quantity available... hard to say exactly when it's going to last until but at least a week or so, for sure. It's also in about 20 bars and restaurants in Brooklyn & Manhattan if you can't make it to the brewpub.

We do have other beers, ya know :-) Frankly, we're just as excited about our new batch of Mechanical Spring, Paradigmatic Flexibility & Cool With Gravity (our collab w the new Suarez Family Brewing) as we are about SFY.

Definitely worth it.

Haven't had the luxury of trying SFY (hoping it'll last through to next weekend), but I loved your Unreliable Narrator and Constant Disappointment. Here Ya Go was pretty damn good too.

 

I'm at threes now and I'm impressed..got a meatball sandwich which was delicious (albeit a tad expensive )
But had HF Susan on tap..always a treat and tried their unreliable narrator and superfuckingyawn..both fantastic. .esp SFY..it's legit!!

 

Really wanted to grab a growler of SFY today but couldn't get there. Next time!

Godspeed--that's a huge beer despite how drinkable (and delicious) it is

 

Went here on Sunday and was super impressed. I loved every beer I had and took home a growler of cool with gravity

 

I've never filled a growler from Threes and I know they mentioned awhile back that for the time being they were filling any 64oz screw tops. Is that still the case?

 

@kedr yes, we're still filling screw tops, as long as they're clean.

 

Good to see Pies N thighs at Threes. I'll have to stop by for some good beer and chicken biscuits soon.

Tried this place out this past weekend based on a locals recommendation. Tried their IPA (I Hate Myself), saison (Mechanical Spring), and pilsner (can't remember the name). All the beers were impressive. The food seemed a bit expensive for the size of the portions ($15 nachos for ~ 10 chips), but I wouldn't think twice about going again for their beer. Also, bonus points for growing hops.

 

They host a new restaurant every couple of weeks and I believe the restaurant sets the prices.

So there's different food there all the time.

Went to Threes finally a few weeks back for a few beers, really enjoyed Paradigmatic Flexibility

 

Looks like Roberta's is back serving pizza. No need to wait an hour at the actual restaurant.
