Posted this in the Beer Release forum and got nothing...

I heard that this beer was going to be distributed in the US but haven't seen it anywhere yet. I believe it has been available in Europe for a while. Has anybody seen it in the US? Bottle count for batch 2 (2013) is 5000 750ml and 10,000 375ml bottles. Any info about distribution would be appreciated. Thanks!

As far is distribution information, it either hasn't hit Indiana yet or I'm going to burn down the houses of a couple buddies for not telling me it is in. Large amounts continue to hit Euro webshops, so I don't think the supply is exactly running thin, especially for the price.

I wonder what it will retail here for. Probably no less than $40 for a 750

I haven't had it yet, but consensus seems to be that Batch 1 was way better than 2.

I hope its cheaper than that. I filled my shopping cart (5 bottles) at BiaB with it and I think the cost per bottle shipped to CA was ~$35. I hesitate to pull the trigger because I can see it showing up on shelves like the gueuze for $20/bottle and then really hating myself for a minute.

    Edit: $40 shipped to CA

You're not helping. I'm trying to make sure it stays on shelves.

Considering your logic and my addiction to lambic, I guess I'll be placing an order. :stuck_out_tongue:

After this weekend I can say with certainty that my somewhat inadequate taste buds prefer batch 2 to batch 1.
