Tilquin Quitsche...no carb?

    That's unfortunate. I felt mine had fairly "low to moderate" carbonation as stated above. However, the 2013 oude gueze I had was prickly with co2 bubbs.

    I popped a 375 yesterday which was completely still. It was a shame, too, because the beer was excellent still; with bubbles it would have been fantastic.

    Has anyone contacted the brewery about this?

    Are you still whining about this??

    But seriously, I have not heard back from anyone through the distributor yet regarding the carbonation. I am just going to hold on to my bottles hoping it eventually carbs up a bit.

    As for if it is any good, I thought it DAMN good given no carbonation. Hoping for some more.

    I got a flat pour out of a 375 at The Festival. I dumped it out because it didn't taste very good.
