I was cooking my mash today at 155 and the next step was to remove it from the burner and let the grains step another 10 minutes off the heat. When I went to put it back on I could not get my burner lit and it took me about an hour of screwing around with it to fire it back up. Once I did I did the boil for an hour. Will this time between give me off flavors or mess up the batch?

Was the wort separated from the mashed grains before boiling?
