I see they are having their grand opening this Friday. Soft opening already going on. Open Thurs-Sundays. Just heard about this new brewery across from the Long Beach Airport. Have no idea about them. Has anybody been already or heard about this new brewery? They have 5 standard beers for the grand opening, two ipa's. I was planning on stopping by on Saturday after work to check em out. Not Friday with all the traffic on the 405.
I took a short bike ride over with some friends a few Saturdays ago, it was a really cool place with cool people! They had 2 beers on, a Belgian wit and a honey blonde. The wit was really great, the honey blonde was good too, not my favorite style though. Even better is this place is so close to home!! I should make it there for the grand opening on Friday and hope TP will become a success!
Finally made it over. Nice place, great friendly people, solid offerings. IPA was quite good, a little sticky but nice hop presence, and the huckleberry stout was really nice. Definite sweetness but not overly so and well done. They will have a diverse selection as they move along. Good debut and hope to see them around town at local spots.
visited them a couple weeks ago during their soft opening. I thought their lineup was pretty tasty. That huckleberry oatmeal stout was my favorite. My buddy, who isn't an IPA man, loved their IPA. Can't wait to see what they crank out. It'll be nice to have another brewery within fifteen minutes from home and work.
Finally stopped by this very cool place yesterday. Met up with Chris, the owner and brewer. Had tasters of their two ipa's, pale ale and the oatmeal stout. Also had a little bit of their other 2 offerings. Ended up getting a pint of the pale ale. Very good. Will be going back for more beers as Chris puts them out. For now, Timeless Pints is on the map.
Sorry to dust off this old thread but has anyone visited this place recently? I've been itching to try a new brewery lately and it looks like they celebrated their 2nd anniversary not too long ago so I guess they're doing something right.
I stopped in there in mid-July and was not impressed. The best beer I tried was the porter and I think I rated it a 2.75. No absolute drainpours, but it's only worth visiting if you're a ticker and/or you're already in the area and itching to try them.
