Tiny to small white particles in homebrew

    flat yeast trub... fridge. gelatin may be adding to the issue... I'd suggest using Maltodextrine for a similar effect, cold-crashing and process will make is as good looking as just about anything else..

    Hey all. I also had a very similar problem. floaties i call them. almost seem statically charged to the bottle. but i actually pitched (liquid) at a higher temperature this time (80ish) then tried to cool it down to 65 as quick as possible (american pale ale extract brew)... strange, i know. but anyway, racked to secondary after 2 weeks then bottled a week or so later. yeast sediment is still on bottom of bottle which is normal but these damn floaties have me perplexed.
