so I asked my local store guy and he said he could order it if I wanted a case. Didn’t plan on buying a full case as he said it was pretty pricey. Anyone in south jersey know somewhere that has some in stock? No luck on beer menus or on untappd checkins. Cheers and thanks in advance for any responses.

Is this the beer you are referring to?

Just wondering as it seems like a very random beer to specifically seek out.

Depending on how far you're willing to travel you may be able to get some in the Philadelphia area.

@JackHorzempa had his local store order some for him, I believe. Jack, if you see this, do you know if there's any left from that order that the op could get?

Yes it is. Looks like a super old pic of it bottle looks like it says 2012. I’ve had enough Pilsner fans tell me about it and read enough places that it’s a beer I would love to try. B United international has been bringing over tanks of great European stuff and sticker canning them for us Americans. Schlenkerla helles has been one among many that I was able to get locally. I know they’ve done tipo as well.

I was able to land some in Manhattan over the summer. Here's what it looks like now:

They're also doing the St. Georgenbrau Kellerbier, but I haven't come across that one yet.

Bummer. It was worth a try, though.

The St Georgenbrau was really nice. My local got cans end of August/beginning of September.

If you want to split a case I'd be interested.
Edit: just saw some places selling it for $9 a12 ounce can. Maybe I don't want half a case.

I didn't pay quite that much, but it's pretty damn pricey. And in the end it really is quite similar to FW Pivo Pils, so I wouldn't pay that much again no matter how tasty it is. It's just not unique enough to justify it, imo.

Yea the guy told me it’s be 90$ for a case which is more than I’d spend on any case. Funny people drop over 100$ for cases of hops nowadays. Thanks @TongoRad for the input too I love pivo. Just wanted to give tipo a try if I had the chance. @Timmush if I end up requesting store to order some I’ll let you know if they get some in or if I come across it elsewhere. Cheers.
