Tipopils Day 2025 - 13 March 2025

Personal considerations :

Always happy to have had access to this year's celebratory "variants", I personally appreciated the "SLOVENIAN CUT - Slovenia über Helles" much more because this herbaceous hint (of freshly cut meadow grass) of hops accompanies and characterizes the entire drink, giving it an exemplary freshness and a constant and delicate taste that makes the taste path simple, straight and satisfying. Sensation of extreme freshness, very delicate flavors and bitterness, elements that combine with extreme balance. Truly a great beer, it should be kept permanently in the line because it makes you have a truly "classy" drink, in its light-heartedness.
This year's cask ("Tipo³") instead seemed more anonymous to me compared to that of last year and previous years.
Always great balance, for goodness' sake.
Perfect body and carbonation.
However, I would have expected the taste to be quite fuller and more decisive, perhaps with a more decisive bitter note on the tongue at the end. Instead, I did not find any noteworthy complexity that could characterize it in a more decisive way than its general delicacy.

Of course, I'll take notes at the moment, then once I get home I'll attach the review to the photo and proceed with the publication.
This will be another important event, in an important location (full Val D'Orcia, a hilly land, of wines), with beers that we will probably have the chance to taste only on that occasion, if we exclude any future trips.
