    Drink water as you drink.

    Listen to your body and not the eternal optimist in your head saying to have one more.

    Pour so you have little head in the glass. The trapped carbonation will, as you drink it, fill you up and make it hard to drink more. It's uncomfortable but helpful.

    Drink lower ABV in general other than maybe a one-off.
