Anyone have a picture of this beauty? Or has anyone been recently and seen what they have available for glasswear? Have a buddying willing to stop there for me today!

Thought the tipsy cow hoodie was kind of "eh." No picture of it but I went down excited to get one, saw it, and didn't even think twice about not getting it. The glass last weekend was a spieglau IPA glass. Interesting, since I've never seen a dG IPA.

Is it an IPA glass or is it the slightly different looking glass from last year's Anniversary Party?

maximizing crushability, i love it. it's not for the faint-hearted, but some all de garde beers are totally made for crushing.

It is slightly different. The base is a bit shoter and narrower, upper sides are a bit less curved. Calling it an IPA glass because when I asked what type of glassware they had that day they said, "IPA glass."

    Huh.

de Garde actually did an IPA before: Mulligan, a wild Imperial IPA with Citra and Polaris aged in gin barrels. I really liked it.

I feel like if they made a basic IPA and added about 10% of Apricot Gose, they could emulate those east coast juice bombs

You asked if it was an IPA glass or a slightly different looking glass. Simply said that de Garde themselves called it an IPA glass. I was attempting to describe the glass in comparison to your photo since you asked if it was slightly different.

Wasn't aware de Garde had made an IPA before, wish I had gotten my hands on it.

No worries man! Wasn't trying to be accusatory or anything.

This was back in 2013 before the fruited Bu's consumed the Earth. I miss it and Cornelio Nunez (wild coffee porter).

Now you're just making me jealous. I've only been going there frequently since early last year, feel like I missed out on some great stuff. Did you go to the last Winter Release? I missed that and really wanted to try Cafe Samson and Maple Samson.

The Samsons were Mid-November 2014. I still haven't tried mine yet actually, mainly because I'm afraid to dome a whole one myself.

Sorry, 2 months into 2016 and I still think it's 2015. I'll probably have it right by June.

Joe, I've got a Cafe Samson you can have. It's just sitting in my cellar, and I don't see myself cracking it any time soon.
