My bottles read best before 15/04/2021, I assume that this is the second batch with the 3 year blend. I cant find any info on here confirming this. Anyone?
From my understand that would have been bottled 15/04/2011, as he adds 10 years to the bottling date.
No clue if it contains three vintages of lambic but it is the fourth bottling that I know of. I have bottles dated 2/10/2021, 2/18/2021, 3/5/2021, and 4/15/2021
