Unfortunately we don't serve beer, but Founders Imperial Stout is one of our favorites, so we decided to use it as an ingredient in our tiramisu.

Hopefully this is the right forum for this post, just wanted to show some love to one of our all-time favorite world-class Michigan beers!

Man, I've been craving a good tiramisu for a couple of months now.
THIS ISN'T HELPING! And I live a couple of hours from Detroit too.

I'd love to divulge, but the chef won't even tell me!

Tomorrow we're actually going to make up a similar version with Bell's Expedition Stout. Can't wait to get my hands on Dark Horse Plead the Fifth next week.

You guys are a half mile from my work and I haven't made it over there yet for lunch. One of these days....

Have you thought of trying it with barrel aged beers? I'd be willing to part with the beer if I got some samples. :-D
