Can anyone confirm what they have to-go at St. Oner's? Or has anyone had food there? Was thinking of snagging a reservation tomorrow.

Thanks! They must have just added the new section yesterday.

Happy to hear the food is solid, will probably find a reservation tomorrow. If anyone in the area is looking for something new to try as well, Laser Wolf (Zahav group) just opened down the street from St. Oner's and it was very good when I went last weekend.

I had a recent opportunity to sample a test version of a table style canned conditioned version of a saison Jean shared with myself and some friends. It was only 3.5% ABV and dry hopped....delicate and delicious. He wasn't definitive of when a final first canned conditioned saison will be officially released, but he was happy with the beer and our input. He indicated there was a great deal of testing performed to reach this point of achieving success in canning a saison that meet's his expectations.

Does anybody else feel like the most recent batch of Photosynthesizing Tongue is not close to being the same beer as prior batches? It seems more than "batch" variation to me, to the point where I can't believe this recent canning is how they intend the beer to be, but I haven't noticed anybody else say anything.

Even on untappd the pictures people are posting now compared to the last can run look totally different, but at the same time people are still giving the beer the same high ratings.

There's been a decent number of returning batches lately that, IMO, don't look the same as prior batches. This was especially the case in the last 2 runs of Double Vanilla milkshake.

Noticed the exact same thing. Looked and tasted like a Tired Hands take on West Coast IPA.
Pretty sweet and much boozier tasting than their typical high ABV offerings. Tasted nothing like Alien Chuch.

Yep - did not taste at all as I remember and it was definitely a bit hot, certainly more so than you generally get with Tired Hands.

Now that I know I am not the only person who noticed this I will email them about it.

I agree. I emailed the info address a few days ago and have yet to hear anything. Is there a better address or way of contacting?

What do you realistically expect them to say?

Realistically they have accepted exchanges of their beer in the past with off batches. Pretty much that is what i am looking for.

How often have you done this? I am surprised they would admit to any mistake

Personally i have not however i know a couple people who had a bad batch of mago tago a couple years ago who did. Figured worth a try. To be fair the beer is not drain pour material just not what i wanted it to be when purchasing based on past batches.

I haven't seen anyone get compensated from Tired Hands since their exploding growlers. Goodluck!

I needed SaisonHands in cans like yesterday. I’d legit buy a case every time I stopped in. With all the NE IPAs, Pastry Stouts and Kettle sours that I’ve drank in the last few years, my palate prefers the lighter refreshing beers.

everyone is so caught up on the hazy's but their gems are sitting on the shelves (at the general store) right next to them. TH's lager game is on point and rarely receive any love.

I would agree with this. I drank the can, but it was also not at all what anybody who previously had the beer should expect, and I have a hard time believing the product is as Tired Hands intended when they brewed the beer. And while the beer isn't terrible, I would have never paid $5 a can for what I got had I known this is what it would be.
