i thought about trying to purchase the variety pack but balked at the price. as i understood, it was five 16 0z cans and a 375 ml bottle for $128. i think the Henok Fentie beer was the first they sold as a single and that was like $12 but these cans work out to $20+ per can. am i missing something?

I also originally thought it was one each of the cans -- but it was a four pack. So for $128 it was five four-packs and a bottle. Make of that what you will... but much better than what you and I had assumed!

I picked up my variety pack today. First time back at the ferm since COVID and it has changed quite a bit now that the General Store resides in the same building. Anyway, there were still shit tons of BA Only Void bottles left as well as the other OV variants. Never seen that before…the result of boycotters doing their thing, I’d wager.

I think it could be that but I think it is what we've seen happen at all the hyped breweries as well. Releases just sit longer and longer, even with the extra market of shipping to multiple states.

I guess it is a good thing, allows anyone who wants to get these beers with little to no hassle. It's good for the breweries too I think cause eventually they'll sell out, just not at the crazy pace we used to see years go.

How was barrel aged void? (if you've tried it). I remember that original one from 2016 very very fondly.

The bad news: more leaky Only Void cans! Plenty of my cans had liquid around the rim, some more drastic than others. The OV were the worst.

The good news: Tired Hands is doing the right thing and offering refunds, just asking that customers reach out via email.

Sucks that this is occurring yet again, but I put a premium on good customer service when the product is messed up.

I ordered 4 four packs total. 2 four packs were 16 oz cans and 2 four packs were 12 oz cans. All cans are messy on the outside. However, I shook and squeezed each can and only found one 12 oz can that was leaky.

THBC customer service is the best. I emailed them an hour ago and had this issue resolved within 20 minutes.

Agree have only had good experiences with their customer service. I’m close enough for home delivery (hand delivered) and they brought a wrong bottle once. It was resolved in minutes once I realized it and emailed them. I got to keep the wrong bottle abs they added the right one onto my next order without charge

Not picking any fight. Just saying that Jean still has a heavy hand in what goes on at TH even though he “stepped down”. He does after all still own the majority of it.

How's the quality been post (or current, whatever) Jean? Considering making the trip to their Lancaster pop-up. Their 2020 DDH and TDH versions of their classics were some of the best beers I had last year and wondering if they are still at that elite level.
