Not looking to 'jump lines' or do anything crazy, just get a few growlers filled and enjoy a beer this coming Saturday. Was thinking about popping by both the fermatoium and other location to see what was on draft. Do they fill most of everything listed per day at both locations or only a select few from the draft board? I know about the growler swap out procedure so won't have an issue there and I'm sure cans will be gone by the time I arrive. Any hints or things I should know prior to arrival? Thanks for the suggestions
As far as I know everything is usually available for growler fills. The other thing you should know is Ourison b4 is being released today, four bottles per person. That will still be available when you're there.
Only fill their own branded growlers. Both open at 12 on Saturday, sometimes the tap lists on their website not up to date check their Instagram they post sometimes. It is rare if something is not available for fills. Also - they don't usually give samples, but sell 4 oz pours. If you ask nice and they are in a good mood I have seen people occasionally get small samples.... There is a big lot in between the Fermentaria and Cafe that is your best bet to park in the middle, red meters are 12 hour and others are 2 hour. Hope you enjoy yourself!
I hear if I bring non TH growlers/32 or 750 flip top they will exchange them for their own labeled glass? I've checking the Instagram and that seems like my best bet. They have food at both locations or I can bring food in?
Food at both locations. Both locations are very good, and have quite different menus. The Brew Cafe has paninis, and the all-hallowed candied bacon, and small plates with meat/cheese/pickles, etc. The Fermentaria has "bigger food" so to speak, tacos, burgers, stuff like that. It's great at both places, just depends on what you feel like.
