Did they re-release oat potion? That was one of my favorites. The bottles of Winter recently were amazing. Sad I only bought one.

Haven't found the bottles iffy at all. What was up with FFTK? I had one and thought it was fantastic.

No, it's a bottle from the only release.

Heard a few people say the same but the majority of reports are that it is both underwhelming compared to the last iteration and has a weird, metallic taste to it.

Oh ok. I was going to jump into my car and run down there if they had a new batch. Glad I still have one left.

I didn't think it was very good. Huge disappointment too, because the first time they made it I thought it was amazing. Very glad I only bought 1 bottle.

It's the only bottle of theirs I've had recently that disappointed, though.

I forget if it was this month's thread or last month's but I still think the "metallic taste" is just minerality from the use of whole cherries. More for me I guess.

I cracked my bottle last night with some friends and immediately noticed a metallic astringency on the finish. It tasted great up front up until the mid palate, but the metallic taste was so bad that it ruined the entire beer for all of us. I would've drain poured it but couldn't bring myself to do it with the $25 price tag.

Speaking of bottles, the Tony Vecchio is easily the worst thing I've ever tasted from Tired Hands. Split a bottle with 4 pours this weekend, and all 4 of us poured it out. Tasted like straight soy sauce. Reaction across the interwebs appears to be similar.
