    Although it does contain some very good tidbits of information the "Tired Hands to Can" thread is a bit overwhelming - especially for those people who have never been to the brewery before. So I thought that I would create this one in order to streamline information for all things Tired Hands in the month of July.

    Useful Links:

    * Tired Hands on Instagram (can releases usually take place on Wednesday/Thursday afternoon)
    * Tired Hands Brew Cafe
    * Tired Hands Fermentaria

    Hours of Operation: Tired Hands Brew Cafe is closed on Mondays and the Fermentaria is closed on Tuesdays

    Growler Filling Policy: "Please feel free to fill as many growlers as you would like. In Pennsylvania, each transaction must be limited to 192 fluid ounces. This means that upon receipt, if you would like to purchase more than 192 fluid ounces of our beer, you must leave the premises and then return to pick up additional beer (and then repeat the cycle if you’d like any more beer!).

    We will also be opening up for 64 oz growler fills on MOST ALL BEERS. There will, of course, continue to be a few beers that we will not do any growler fills of (one-off kegs, anniversary beers, etc.), but this should be a rare occurrence.

    We will continue to fill our branded glassware only, as we are STILL exceedingly proud to put our name on our Strange & Beautiful beer. If this is a very big issue for you, we will be happy to let you “trade-in” any growler for one of ours. Sound good?"

    Has Technicolor ever been on tap before? I don't see any previous check-ins or reviews. Anyone have any ideas what a comparable beer would be, based on the description?

    Maybe a simcoe-only version of High Road?

    I'll second Jojo, it sounds similar to High Road which was also a spelt DIPA. High Road had Citra, Centennial, Mosaic, and Simcoe though and this is only Simcoe.

    Have a friend who will be in Harrisburg towards the end of the month. Anywhere around Harrisburg get Tired Hands stuff? Been wanting to try, but haven't had a chance.

    Yeah, Al's of Hampden (aka Pizza Boy) has a variety of Tired Hands beers on tap. The cans and bottles are only sold at the brewery though.

    Also, Al's won't do crowlers of Tired Hands beers - at least as of last weekend when I was there and saw a sign stating that.

    I am thinking a good beer name should be "Only Void (Chair)" at some point. I would love to see Jean and Co. make a joke about it.

    Chairs in the line are probably the last thing on Jean's mind during a release (or any time). He's too busy counting the money.

    i still think they missed the boat by not naming a beer "stupid kid with a clicker" from the release when someone commented that there was a stupid kid with a clicker counting the number of tickets with a clicker. That "stupid kid" was Jean

    If they named a beer after every stupid comment on the Internet, they would have hundreds of new beers to make

    Any chance cans last until tomorrow? In from out of town and can't make it until tomorrow.

    Thanks

    Possible but unlikely. Things are uncertain though because they basically doubled their normal amount of cans last week and I don't know if that was a one-time test or a sign that production increased. Check their instagram page for updates and they'll post in the morning if they have stuff left they'll post a picture and put it for sale at noon tomorrow.

    It's a beautiful day for line-standing, I must say.
