Nothing that hasn't been discussed here. Snow globes and the muted Hop Hands.

I have had a few issues with perceptible diacetyl in a few Tired Hands beers. One was a 4-pack of HopHands. The others were for various draft brands. At my local beer bar which frequently has Tired Hands on tap I have gotten into the practice of requesting a sample pour of Tired Hands prior to ordering a glass.

    Cheers!

Nah, but you should be able to find some beers on tap. Try phillytapfinder. Monks is a great stop, enjoy!

    Cans are brewery only.

Does anybody know what's up with the store front near the Brew Cafe? Is it going to be a retail operation or what?

Source = wishful thinking for a nice easy release this week
At least that's what I'm hoping.

Dudley's General Store from what I understood was going to be a retail space. Of what I am not sure but for now we will just say weird merch.

I'll be surprised if its just t-shirts, hats, and glassware. I can't see them making enough money off that stuff to keep a storefront open, and it seems like selling beer is extremely lucrative for them. It would be a strange decision to forego additional beer revenue to sell some biker spandex.

Well sure, I would include beer in said merch. #dreammerch Maybe run lines over from the cafe since they are adjacent? Just store all of the bottles and cans there to not interfere with operations at the other spots?

They'll be selling chairs out of the new storefront

They will have a liquor license - so I would assume beer sales. They already have the headquarters upstairs from it, so crash pad taken care of

"Good sediment" - Is that serious or tongue-in-cheek?

Do you really think you're getting any good flavors from dead yeast, polyphenols, and proteins? There is a reason that beers have historically been fined via conditioning or other methods. The above mentioned are sources of off-flavors and oxidation that reduce shelf stability.

Plenty of beer styles aren't fined. Some are served with the dregs intentionally swirled into them, others with the dregs on the side.

So I'm going to go ahead and say that yes, one can get good flavors from the sediment. It all depends on the beer and your taste.

take it for whatever you want, but in my experience with TH Cans if you shake them up like you would OJ it tastes better... don't crack the can open like a jackass after shaking...a little pressure till it foams a bit and lets excess carb out then pour into my glass

works for me... i don't have TH cans too often but when i do I shake them ; )

Now I threw that Oblivex out there like it ain't no thang but pretty sure it's a new beer? People on the gram were asking if it was like Technicolor Splendor to which I would say, no....it's not. Different hops, ok it uses spelt as well but different abv, so...no. Either way hoping that this is a nice release.

Hasn't been canned before. Not sure if they've brewed it in the past. Sounds like a great release to me.

Going by the release schedule since August. They've been releasing TS once a month, early on in the month. Obviously it's not this week, but possibly next.
