There is a chance so long as the release isn't a collaboration or a milkshake.

Yes, you can show up at 5 and still get cans. I showed up at 5 on the dot this past Friday for Pineapple Milkshake, and an hour later had a full allotment. And that was a new milkshake release. Milkshake's tend to be some of the most populated releases.

Of course there will always be exceptions to what I just said such as Only Void Day, sometimes collaboration release days, etc.. and I will not guarantee you get a full allotment or all beers offered if you get there at 5. But it is more than possible to show up later and still get cans. Done it many times.

Only void day actually was easy. Skipped the line, had lunch and then went out waited a little bit and got my beers no problem.

With technicolor splendor being released, you should be fine getting there at 5

I'm going to be up in Philly for work on Thursday. Does Tired Hands post release information anywhere? I checked their website and didn't see anything,

    Thanks.

Cracked a can of pineapple milkshake and the snowglobe is already starting. If seeing a ton of sediment bugs you, I'd get to drinking them now ol. Not really any pineapple, but the typical vanilla was there and very tasty.

Apparently Tired Hands add flour to the kettle when brewing the Milkshake series of beers (see below). Given this situation the starch haze provided by the flour should be present right away; no absolute need for time or aging here.

    Cheers!

“Jean Broillet IV of Tired Hands was on the Steal This Beer Podcast recently, and confirmed the 'flour in beer' story, at least for the milkshake series. This is what he said about Tired Hands Milkshake series, inspired by brewing with Cellarmaker and Omnipollo:

    lactose sugar for heft

    green apple puree

wheat flour to kettle to infuse a perma pectin haze

    post-fermentation fruit

    secondary fermentation post-secondary dry hop

    vanilla bean”

idk about you guys but i shake all my tired hands and any NE style IPA cans till its so tight you can't squeeze the can.. then i open at a slight pressure.. allow some foam to form and drink that ish off the top of the can.. then i pour like 40% of the contents and swirl the rest of the can to continue the suspension of whatever shit is in there.. pour remaining like 50% into my glass and the remaining 10% i let settle and drink out of the can

this resolves most if not all these breweries shortcomings... you're welcome

After the football last Sunday I cuveed the double peach and the strawberry. Required 2 cheese cloth strainings.

If Technicolor Splendor drops I may just make the run tomorrow, I've been dying to have that in a can.

Saw a post from Sole of Desth tripper in the background, the bong glass in the foreground and a message about visiting friends in Ardmore. Maybe a Sole collab? I'd be stoked if that dropped tomorrow.

Roll the can on the counter 20-30 times and let it sit 1 minute before opening. You'll get the same result with less mess and effort. You're welcome :sunglasses:

Technicolor Splendor and Vaporizer. Might actually hit this one up as it shouldn't be too crazy and Technicolor Splendor is one of my all time favorite Tired Hands.
