Growler Filling Policy: "Please feel free to fill as many growlers as you would like. In Pennsylvania, each transaction must be limited to 192 fluid ounces. This means that upon receipt, if you would like to purchase more than 192 fluid ounces of our beer, you must leave the premises and then return to pick up additional beer (and then repeat the cycle if you’d like any more beer!).

We will also be opening up for 64 oz growler fills on MOST ALL BEERS. There will, of course, continue to be a few beers that we will not do any growler fills of (one-off kegs, anniversary beers, etc.), but this should be a rare occurrence.

We will continue to fill our branded glassware only, as we are STILL exceedingly proud to put our name on our Strange & Beautiful beer. If this is a very big issue for you, we will be happy to let you “trade-in” any growler for one of ours. Sound good?"

    Growler fill Prices
    64 oz:
    $20.00
    32 oz: $10.50
    Glass: $5.00

(prices vary occasionally for higher gravity / limited quantity beers)

The Cafe is now selling 32oz crowlers.

I’ve always preferred re singles and now a session one. No way I’ll put up with that line but Man does that sound great. Maybe 2 packs per person and it’ll last a while. Bring your umbrellas for shade tomorrow if you’re going and a bunch of full nalgenes.

So just looking for some insight. I'll be in Phillu July 12-15 for a wedding. I know there are no announced releases yet (at least that I can see) but do typical releases last more than a day? Do milkshakes last more than a day? Just trying to see how your guys releases go since this will be my first time. Is a normal release on wed/thurs?

I love it actually, lots of cucumber and pretty refreshing. You know, beer related tasting notes.

Depends on the release if they carry over into the next day. It's my understanding that shakes sometimes go deep into the night of release day, but they rarely ever go into the next day. If it's a quiet release with nothing crazy being dropped, you can expect cans the next day. Within the website, under the Fermentaria tabs, there's a "cans" page in the drop down. That page is updated somewhat frequently with what's left (case count). I'd keep an eye on that too, if you're gauging what's left to go the day following a release day. If that number is low, it's best to be at the Ferm by or before opening. Sometimes there's a line for the leftovers.
Releases are typically Wednesday or Thursday, yes, but there's no way to know which it'll be until Tuesday night I'd say. They typically announce by the night before release day, if there's a release.
Keep an eye on the General Store too. Just today, they announced they're going to have Pineal cans there for takeout.

I think right now that is mostly chairs.

Still, this has the makings of one of the worst #linelife shitshows in recent memory.

Here I would have thought that a session shake wouldn't bring all the boys to the yard, but what do I know. Definitely passing on that line. More than happy with Pineal for my 4th of July beverage.
